The gorgeous lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls Nicole Scherzinger has been on tour with Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, recorded with P. Diddy, and topped the charts several times with her bandmates, but she still felt pressured to be cautious during her stint as a guest judge on the talent competition P. Diddy’s Starmaker.

The ‘Glee’ Team Storms Hot Topic

Last Friday, some of the cheerful cast of Fox’s genre-blurring series Glee – including Cory Monteith (Finn), Chris Colfer (Kurt), Kevin McHale (Artie), Amber Riley (Mercedes), Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina), Dianna Agron (Quinn), and Lea Michele (Rachel) – made a stop at Hollywood’s Hot Topic store.

I snagged a few minutes with the actors to discuss how they connect with the musical show’s ironic/comedic tone, and in this segment, you’ll find that the cast possesses the same kind of effervescence as their on-screen personas!

Laurie Ann Gibson Surprised By Mention Of Her Music Video

I’ve witnessed Laurie Ann Gibson’s hard-hitting choreography on Making the Band, So You Think You Can Dance, multiple music videos (including Lady Gaga’s “LoveGame”), and most recently P. Diddy’s Starmaker.

But to hear her sing, I had to dig through a few YouTube clips to discover her very own solo music video! Given her surprised reaction to my mentioning of the clip, I don’t think Laurie Ann was expecting me to ask her about it – hehe – but with graciousness and good humor, the humble pro explained why she treats the Starmaker contestants so kindly and dropped some exclusive info about her music ambitions.

Introducing The Cast Of ‘The Lake’

I’ve been tuning into TheWB.com’s latest original series The Lake for a couple of key reasons. The most obvious motive, of course, is that I work for Warner Bros. BUT the show’s enticing premise – a few teens encounter emotional highs (and lows) over a drama-filled summer – and engaging cast are the primary reasons that I want to share The Lake with you – seriously!

Some of the show’s stars, including Erica Dasher (Madison), Heather Ann Davis (Olivia), Devin Crittenden (Drew), Samantha Cope (Alexis), and Nick Thurston (Luke)  met up with me on the WB lot to spill their thoughts on being directed by Jason Priestley, the personal quirks they’d like to shake over the summer, and the unpredictable weather conditions that they faced while shooting!

After you get familiar with The Lake’s enthusiastic characters, you can find full eps of the show at TheWB.com.
