Ryan Reynolds Goes ‘Green’ And Tom Welling Shares ‘Smallville’ Thoughts

When Warner Bros. invited me to host its video content for this year’s Comic-Con, I knew we’d be in for a fun ride! Over the 5 jam-packed days of the event, I joined a team of uber-dedicated folks on a mission to provide viewers with the ultimate Comic-Con experience. We gained exclusive access to the Warner Bros. Studio Lot and interviewed fans, celebrities, and additional industry insiders to satiate your pop culture palette.

You’ll find the videos that we shot on TheWB.com/comiccon, but I’ll be spotlighting many of my favorites right here over the next few weeks. I hope you enjoy watching them as much as our team did creating them! First up… Continued –>

Uncovering Truths From The ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Cast

When I swung by the set of ABC Family’s new mystery series Pretty Little Liars, I was on a mission to unearth as many revealing truths from the cast as possible.

As you’ll find in the following clips, my hard-hitting investigative skills resulted in deep disclosures: Ashley Benson’s (Hanna) thoughts on body image, Ian Harding’s (Mr. Fitz) cereal-combining confession, and Laura Leighton’s (Ashley) explanation of why she’s holding off on reading the books that the show is based on. Betty White Jumps In ‘The Middle’ And Talks Social Media

I was invited to speak with Ms. Betty White (who insisted I call her Betty) as she prepped for her role as Ms. Nethercott on the season finale of The Middle. Betty was so warm and fun that even though I was off-camera, I had a difficult time controlling my laughter while she was speaking – listen to the 1:37 mark for evidence!

In addition to providing the scoop on her Middle character, Betty candidly shared her thoughts on Facebook and Twitter and revealed what she would be the mayor of, were she to join Foursquare!

The Middle season finale airs on Wednesday, May 19 at 8:30pm on ABC.

Celebrating At The ‘Dance Crew’ Season 5 Finale

Season 5 of America’s Best Dance Crew culminated in a breath-bating battle to the end with California’s Poreotix edging out Canada’s Blueprint Cru by a hair.

Following the finale, I grabbed a few moments with some of the talented folks who made this season a nail-biter like Poreotix, Blueprint, Lil Mama, Omarion and Exec. Producer Randy Jackson.

Check out extended interviews from the night – including a special one with Glee cast-member Harry Shum. Continued –>

‘If I Can Dream’ Castmembers Kick It At Target

IfICanDream_TargetThis week, I bumped into Alex Lambert and Giglianne from If I Can Dream at my neighborhood Target.

Dream is a new web series from Simon Fuller (American Idol) that chronicles the lives of 6 aspiring entertainers as they hone their crafts in a house that’s rigged with a bajillion video cameras. These cameras broadcast the housemates’ activity live – even when they’re sleeping! With the vast amount of coverage that the show shares, I was surprised to find Alex and Gig shopping without a crew behind them.

Alex’s premature elimination from Idol sent a shockwave through the Idolverse this season, and his passionate fans seem stoked that Fuller has offered him a second chance to foster his singing career on-camera.

Gig, meanwhile, is looking to make a name for herself in the high fashion modeling world. Currently, there’s a showmance blooming between herself and a fellow castmate, but it looks like she’s got a fixed focus on her career. Continued –>

‘How To Make It In America’ Creator And Actor Talk Rugged Photography And iPhones

11862_178554054805_178550329805_2759367_8065159_nNew York. LA. New York. LA. When friends ask me which of the two metropolises I dig the most, I usually comment on how they breed different brands of hustling – both of which I’m encouraged by. So it was natural that when I began talking about the fresh New York-centric HBO series How To Make It In America (Sundays on HBO at 10pm), comparisons to its glossier Hollywood-based predecessor Entourage would arise.

While the two series deal with similar themes of brotherhood, partying and industry-climbing, each does so with its own swagger – and I’m willing to raise a glass to them both!

Prior to America’s premiere, I asked its lead actor Bryan Greenberg (Ben) and creator/exec. producer Ian Edelman a couple questions about the show’s ambitious title and playful cinematography. In return, they dropped some fun insight about the series’ unorthodox shooting process! Here’s a transcript from our phone call: Continued –>
