For almost 2 years, Britney Spears‘ “Radar” has been patiently waiting to be recognized as the ubiquitous jam that it desires to be. It immediately stood out as a highlight on Britney’s Blackout album, but when Britney’s camp neglected to release as a single, I feared that we’d lost it as a potential radio smash.
When “Radar” popped up again as a bonus track on Circus, I was slightly confused but hopeful that the song might see the light of day. So it is with much relief that I share with you the official “Radar” music video!
I admire Michael Bay’s ability to direct high-octane flicks laced with encapsulating fight sequences and explosions. My applause for his latest, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, however, is a little more restrained.

This week, on So You Think You Can Dance, we bid farewell to Contemporary Jazz dancer Ashley Valerio and Ballroom International Latin hoofer Max Kapitannikov. I briefly spoke with these two recently eliminated contestants on a conference call this afternoon and got to toss in a few questions (props to EW.com’s Alynda Wheat for vocab inspiration!).
